We produce Copper, Brass and Bronze products in a wide range of alloy grades — from standard C10200 Copper to Naval Brass (C46400), Admiralty Brass (C44300) and Tin, Phosphor & Aluminium Bronze — with sizes covering OD from 6mm to 600mm and lengths up to 12 metres.
From raw metal to a finished, certified product — the stages every order passes through.
Raw copper, brass or bronze is melted and cast into billets or ingots to the required alloy composition.
Billets are extruded into pipes, bars and profile shapes on our extrusion presses.
Tubes and bars are drawn to final size on precision mills; sheet and plate stock is rolled to thickness.
CNC turning centres finish components such as fittings and flanges to drawing tolerances.
Spectroscopy, hardness and (where applicable) hydrostatic pressure testing verify every batch.
Products are packed for their mode of transport and dispatched with full export documentation.
